Identifying requirements & providing best solutions to the business, including evaluation & definition of the scope of project & finalization of project requirements.
Understanding of developing and managing loan-related applications, LOS, loan management systems.
FinnOne Loan Experience is mandatory.
Interacting with stakeholders to analyze and evaluate system program needs; coordinating in smooth implementation of the project; spearheading Business Requirements Analysis and implementation Strategy.
Supporting a team of personnel and assisting them with the specifications for design and test plans.
Managing & delivering complex business & system solutions which include requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, delivery, and ongoing maintenance/support.
Leading the creation of project plan, approach, and impact analysis, defining acceptance criteria, test scenarios, test cases, and other deliverables.
Conducting GAP analysis while successfully reengineering key business processes to increase operational efficiency and alignment of business unit objectives.
Mapping business requirements and providing the best solutions within the scope of project requirements.
Meeting deadlines and Turn-Around-Time without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA; implementing short/long-term plans for achievement of process objectives.
Spearheading the functions pertaining to user interaction for requirement gathering, risk assessment, finalization of technical architecture, and discussions for effort/cost/time estimation and client coordination and reporting.
Involve in strategically significant decisions w.r.t Infrastructure.
Ensure application is healthy in terms of audit (ASLC, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing (VAPT)).
Proactively monitor the health of the application in terms of infrastructure.
Vendor management and providing timely reports to senior management.
